K2K Radio was set up in 2012 by community radio lovers Caren Can Can and Max Power. Two very good friends of mine, still to this day.
Originally broadcasting from The Albert and The South Kilburn Studios, both renowned for holding cool, creative events.
Luckily, I have had the opportunity to be part of the growth of K2K. Starting off as a Studio Manager, and swiftly moved into the studio, I started hosting my very own show. 7 years on, I feel like I am part of a tribe. A Collective. Of some insanely creative people.
We are now housed in The Granville, and the studio is SICK! I have loved seeing the station grow and flourish into the place that gives so many people a voice, a platform and most importantly, an opportunity to be heard.
Having said all of that, you can still catch me on K2KRadio EVERY FOURTH WEDNESDAY of the month 6pm till 8pm.
